Knyte welcomes good-faith reports of security vulnerabilities affecting knyte.ai or the Knyte Services.
1. How to report an issue
Email security@knyte.ai with:
- A clear description of the issue.
- Steps to reproduce it.
- The affected URL, endpoint, or workflow.
- Any proof-of-concept material needed to validate the report.
2. Good-faith expectations
- Do not access, alter, or exfiltrate data that does not belong to you.
- Do not degrade service availability or attempt denial-of-service activity.
- Do not publicly disclose the issue until Knyte has had a reasonable opportunity to investigate and remediate it.
3. Our response
- We will acknowledge valid reports.
- We may request additional detail to reproduce the issue.
- We will use the information only for investigation, remediation, and client protection.
