This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the Knyte Services. It applies to every client, user, and authorized recipient of output from the Services. Capitalized terms have the meanings given in the Agreement between Knyte and the applicable client.
Violation of this AUP is a material breach of the Agreement.
1. Prohibited Content and Use
You may not use the Knyte Services, or any content, output, or infrastructure produced by them, to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Infringe any intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other right of any person or entity.
- Generate, distribute, or facilitate the creation of child sexual abuse material.
- Generate content intended to harass, threaten, defame, or incite violence against any person or group.
- Produce deceptive content representing a real person, organization, or government in a misleading way, including non-consensual deepfakes.
- Create or support weapons of mass destruction, including biological, chemical, radiological, or nuclear weapons, or critical-infrastructure attacks.
- Engage in fraud, phishing, impersonation, or unauthorized access to systems, networks, or data.
- Generate content intended to manipulate financial markets, securities, or elections in violation of law.
- Distribute malware, ransomware, or other malicious code.
- Circumvent rate limits, usage restrictions, or safety controls built into the Services.
- Provide the Services to a sanctioned party or embargoed jurisdiction.
2. Data You Submit
You represent that you have the rights, consents, and authority required to submit any data, content, brand materials, and personal information to the Services. You will not submit:
- Government-issued identifiers (for example social security numbers, passport numbers) unless agreed in writing.
- Payment card data other than through the designated payment processor.
- Medical records, insurance records, or other highly sensitive health data unless agreed in writing.
- Sensitive personal data that would require elevated handling safeguards unless agreed in writing.
- Classified government information.
3. Security and Integrity
You will:
- Protect credentials, API keys, and access tokens issued to your team.
- Notify Knyte immediately at
security@knyte.aiif you suspect unauthorized access or a security incident. - Cooperate with Knyte on reasonable security investigations.
4. Human Oversight
The Knyte Services produce AI-generated output. You are responsible for reviewing output before publishing, distributing, or relying on it for material decisions. You will not represent AI-generated output as human-generated where applicable law or industry norms require disclosure.
5. Reporting Abuse
To report suspected AUP violations, email abuse@knyte.ai.
6. Enforcement
Knyte may investigate suspected violations, suspend access to the Services, remove infringing content, cooperate with lawful requests, and terminate the Agreement for material or repeated violations. Knyte will use reasonable efforts to give notice before suspension, except where immediate action is necessary to prevent harm, legal risk, or service disruption.
7. Changes
We may update this AUP. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
